Deirdre O’Donnell

Deirdre is responsible for Business Operations at Yarrow Bio where she has spent the last 4 years managing the lab facility and company operations. Her responsibilities also include project management of programs and external relationship management. As a member of RTW’s Asset Development & Financing team, she enables the operations of RTW incubated companies.

Prior to working with the Yarrow team, Deirdre spent 5 years as a founding employee of Rocket Pharmaceuticals, where she was director of operations. At Rocket, Deirdre was responsible for the development of the G&A infrastructure, lab and office buildout and oversite, project management as well as fostering key relationships for the CEO.

Deirdre was a member of the Goldman Sachs 2015 Returnship program and began her career as a marketing associate in the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley. 

Deirdre received a BA in Management from Gettysburg College.
